How long does shipping take?

We offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?

All our beers are stored in our cold room until the moment they are packed. We use robust, light-proof packaging to protect the quality and flavor of our hops during delivery.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beverages. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure our beer reaches you in peak condition. We are looking into international options for the future.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

The majority of our core range is vegan-friendly. Any specific allergens or non-vegan ingredients (like lactose) are clearly marked on the individual product pages and can labels.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order value, but we offer free shipping on all orders over £60.
