Return Process

For damaged goods or quality concerns, please include clear photographs of the packaging and product labels to help our quality control team.
- 3.Package Your Return
If returning non-perishable merchandise, ensure items are unused and in their original packaging before sending them back to our brewery taproom.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement shipment immediately.
